First of all, The New Year has now begun in earnest and it looks like being another busy one for the team at Impulse!
2018 has already brought us new client orders;
Including creative design work and prototyping in the outdoor sports market and manufacturing and roll-out programmes for Garden Centres and DIY stores.
Other orders include freestanding and counter unit prototype builds for UK based Supermarket and Restaurant clients.

At our manager and staff review meetings
We are, once again, finding ourselves discussing the variety of different design and manufacturing challenges that we face. This is across a wide range of market sectors.
We wonder if that is why we all continue to find the POS and Merchandising industry so fascinating!
All retail display requirements need a comprehensive and experienced network of design and manufacturing skills and flexible (and sometimes patient!) suppliers.
The usual mix of welding, lasering, painting, powder coating, magnetic strip applications, packing and assembly has been keeping the factory busy.
This all at the start of the year
Keeping in regular contact with our suppliers is crucial as it enables us to ensure cost and timing targets are met throughout the design and delivery process.
In addition, our sales and marketing team is busily promoting our new website as we look to build our client base even further in 2018.
The new website has already received 1000’s of views in January, exceeding our expectations.

In our sector, January is a very unpredictable sales month, however, Impulse is fortunate to be reacting to an almost full order book.
Consequently, new enquiries/sales visits are keeping us busy.
We are excited about new pitches from UK and European brands looking at some immediate executions in store.
Keeping things interesting
We are working closely with our sister business www.cirka.co.uk on some existing creative based projects.
We will be supporting them in the production and distribution of Displays across Europe.
