Brett Paving briefed Impulse POP with the challenge of coming up with a family of durable outdoor fsdu’s for 3 of their major brand name products to be distributed in key retailers and garden centres throughout the UK market.
The brief itself was clear and demanded a new and innovative perspective on display solutions for the 200 displays required in this very competitive market.
The 3 brand names contained within the brief were GeoCeramica, Elegante Porcelain and Eclipse Porcelain.
It was vital to the success and acceptance of the displays to the retail market that they could be shipped fully assembled on pallets direct to each store and outlet.
The FSDU’s had to be modular and adaptable in size to fit with the different retail and garden centre space availability.
These attractive and robust products have to be shown to the best possible effect with intelligent stand design, material selection and stability.
The design and manufacturing solution by Impulse that was approved included a hard wearing, polyester powder coated metal frame and base with ventilation at the top of the displays to offer good stability.
The graphics were designed to be shown on dibond material to ensure outdoor durability as well as giving a more effective photographic quality and feel to the imagery on the FSDU.
With Impulses’ background and ability to offer its clients a full service programme from design concept through value engineering and manufacture to final delivery, the project is managed via an online portal which enables Brett, the retailer and Impulse POP to track and manage the project and each individual display from start to finish!
